Cargoroo handles everything — service, insurance, parts, battery swaps. You just ride.
Where do I store it?+
Most warriors keep it in a front garden, shared courtyard or designated street spot. We help you figure it out before delivery.
How do neighbors book it?+
Through the Cargoroo app. They scan, they ride, they return. You see every booking and earn a share.
What if it gets damaged?+
Standard wear is on us. Real damage from a renter is covered by our insurance, not your wallet.
Can I quit?+
Yes. One month notice and we pick the bike up. No €9.000 sunk cost.
